Mainly we want you to be happy with your jewels or your purchase and that is why if for any reason you are not satisfied, from Marta Trens we accept changes and returns after 14 calendar days, as long as the jewel is not manipulated or used in poor condition. And except personalized jewelry with LETTERS and NAMES.

Availability and reservations

Sometimes, and due to causes that are difficult to control, such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, we may not be able to serve the customer any of the garments purchased. In that case, we will contact the customer before shipping.

Sometimes Marta Trens specifies that there are products in the online store that can be bought on reservation. This means that the client can acquire them accepting that they will receive them in a period of more than 2-7 days instead of 24-48 hours.
