Refund policy


  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days from receipt of the product.
  • Returns of jewelry and bags with NAMES AND INITIALS cannot be accepted.
  • The exchange process will be managed through the company NACEX to the peninsula and has a cost of € 8 and the direct cost of the return of the good or service will be assumed by the client as stated in the LGCU.
  • The processing of the change will be managed through post office to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and International, assuming the client the cost of managing the service.
  • This procedure includes a courier who will collect the package with the unwanted items at the customer's address and at the same time deliver the new package.
  • Items will have to be delivered to the courier, in the same conditions as they were delivered and in their pertinent box since the package will come with a new box.
  • Returns will be accepted due to origin or manufacturing defect and on this occasion there will be the option of a full refund of the cost of the order to the customer.
  • Returns of products that have been used, modified or broken due to misuse by the customer will not be accepted.
  • Changes will be accepted due to change of size with the rings, assuming the client the cost of the management. You can check the size guide and our in-store support to make sure of the ring sizing you need.
  • Changes of jewelry models will be accepted as long as have not been used and are in the same condition.
  • In case of change of articles of sizes that we do not have in stock, the customer will receive a voucher to exchange in the physical store and online with the amount of the product to be exchanged on the web in the following 90 days.
  • Returns of personalized jewelry or jewelry made / produced especially and under reservation for the client will not be accepted.
  • Returns will be paid without shipping costs, and the collection will be at the customer's expense, although managed by us.
  • In case of change to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the customer will have to manage the shipment to our physical place by sending the products to the following address: Marta Trens - C / Gran 2 - Argentona 08310, Barcelona
  • Once we receive your return and check the status of the products, if they are in perfect condition, the corresponding refund will be made, which you will receive within 1 to 3 working days.
